Privacy Policy

Bio-Analyst processes information only as needed to provide the service, keep it secure, and support user features.

Information we may collect

If you use login features, we may store your email address, name, and basic profile information provided by the authentication provider. Saved supplement stacks, topics of interest, personal check-in notes, and monthly digest settings may also be stored to provide the service.

How we use information

Information is used for account authentication, saved-stack features, evidence summaries, security checks, error analysis, and service improvement. We do not require sensitive medical records and do not use entered information for medical diagnosis.

Site analytics

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity scripts are installed across the site and run after a page is interactive. They are used to analyze page views, activity during a visit, device and browser information, and interactions. GA4 may use cookies. Clarity may collect clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, selection, and input events, plus page DOM information for session replay. Microsoft says privacy-sensitive fields are masked in replay; we do not guarantee that every field is masked or that user-entered questions are never collected.

The site does not currently provide its own cookie-consent or analytics opt-out controls. Browser settings can restrict cookies, but that does not guarantee that all analytics requests are blocked. Review each provider's data information and user controls.

Advertising

This site does not currently display ads. If advertising is introduced, this notice will be updated to describe the actual providers, cookies, and settings.

Retention and deletion

Account and saved feature data are retained while needed to provide the service. Privacy or deletion requests can be sent through the contact page.
