A calmer way to read supplement evidence
Bio-Analyst does not sell supplement ingredients or recommend specific products. It organizes benefit signals, evidence limits, and caution signals found in public research papers.
What the service provides
Ingredient pages show goal-specific tiers, verified direct human evidence counts, positive/no-clear-difference/mixed/negative result distributions, and human studies limited to a specific clinical context. When verifiable, research intake is shown as an observed study detail, not a recommendation.
What the service does not do
Bio-Analyst does not provide diagnosis, treatment, dosing recommendations, or instructions to start or stop a medication or supplement. If you have a medical condition, take medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, speak with a qualified professional before making decisions.
Why we use papers
Supplement claims are often shaped by marketing and anecdotes. Bio-Analyst starts with observed research results and their limits. A Goal Tier is not a personal recommendation, safety grade, product quality grade, or probability that an individual will benefit.
